Eduardo Recife is a Brazilian artist et illustrator. After graduating in graphic design, he worked in a design agency before devoting himself fully to his career as an illustrator. Eduardo’s artworks have a vintage aspect and a retro-grunge style. The colours evoke the nostalgia of the 50s. With his collages, he reveals his sense of composition and his ability to build a poetic and quirky universe by mixing different techniques. Recognized worldwide, his clients include the New York Times, YouTube, Nike, Volkswagen and HBO. On the occasion of the 2014 World Cup in Brazil, he has also been chosen by FIFA to create an official work of art. His work has been published in more than a hundred international books and design magazines and has won numerous awards as a Golden Lion at Cannes. He has exhibited his works in the United States, Japan, Belgium, Australia, Denmark, Brazil and Mexico.
