    Katt Phatt is a South Africain 3D illustrator and art director, specializing in typography and decorative arts. Graduated from the Vega School of Brand Leadership, he now works as an art director in the advertising agency Joe Public United based in Johannesburg. Next to that he continues his freelance work. With a vivid imagination and a perpetual artistic hunger, he continues to develop new skills in all areas of image creation, including compositing, typography, 3D, illustration, and more recently photography. He is heavily influenced by Rococo, Steampunk and Victorian aesthetics and aims to create a fusion between Romantic art and modern typography. Since representing South Africa in 2014 at the Art Directors Club in New York, he became one of the youngest Loeries judges in 2016 and won the coveted Black Pixel for Best Digital Youngster by the IAB Bookmarks in 2017. He collaborates with international brands such as Adobe, Nike, Absolut, Apple and Warner bros.
